1. kisko qatil main kahoon kisko masiha samjhoon
sab yahan dost hi baithe hain kise kya samjhoon

[Whom should I call a killer, and who should I think is a messiah
Everyone sitting here are friends, who should I think is what(how can I tell the diff)]

2. woh bhi kya din the ke har waham yaqeen hota tha
ab haqeeqat nazar aaye to use kya samjhoon

[How were those days when every doubt was a belief/convincing thought
Now when I perceive the reality, what should I think of it?]

3. dil jo toota to kai haath dua ko uthe
aise mahoul mein ab kisko paraya samjhoon

[When my(implied here) heart broke, many hands rose to pray
Under such conditions, who can I consider as a paraiah/outsider/stranger]

4. zulm yeh hai ke hai yakta teri beganaravi
lutf yeh hai ke main ab tak tujhe apna samjhoon

[It is torture/not fair/painful that your indifference is so rigid
It is a pleasure that I still think of you as mine]
